To much oil! Make up problems!?

Here is my daily make up routine.


- moisturize


-cover up


-powder foundation (bare-minerals)


-powder bronzer


-blush%26amp;mineral veal (occasionally)


-eyes, ect..








My skin seems to be really oilly when i sit threw a day at school. its getting quite irritating because when i use the oil blotter sheets, it sometimes removes my make up, and i dont like that,


usually my skin is oilly on my chin and cheeks.








HELP?!

I'm a biochemist and I work with skin everyday. All liquid makeup will clog your skin.This is because of the parafins, waxes, oils etc.. added to a ';liquid'; makeup to keep it not only unseparated but to prolong shelf life and congealing. In essence you are covering your pores and not allowing them to breathe and trust me your skin is your largest organ and needs plenty of breathing room.





Now all that said I would recommend you use the Mineralogie makeup line and by the way if you can't find it, we carry in our office. All the mineral makeup companies 10 years ago were under one company called color science. Then you had all these people make there own version (i.e. bare essentials crap etc...) and the orginal company changed theie naem to Mineralogie. This does not contain high talc like other which makes your subaceous glands/oil glads. go into over drive and produce sebum / oil. Mineralogie gives you full mineral sun protection which is different then chemically based sublocks in that chemical ones absorbs UV, do damage to the underlying dermis but you dont burn so the aging is accelerated and you see the results later. Mineral sublock however acts like a mirror and blocks all UVA (longest wavelength and causes damage to underlying tissue for long term damage, UVB (would burn what you can see- your epedermis), and UVC (atmospheric radiation). Bare essentials has huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge amounts of talc and will break you out. Trahs it immediately. Also, you should be washing your brushes with antibacterial soap once a week minimum to kill all the bacteria breading inside the bristles.





Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Double Face Perefector would be a good concealer for under eyes and blemishes. Probably in light.





You never put on moisturizer if you have oily skin. You need to cleanse, (next step depends on client, if you have questions email) then apply the concealer, the mineralogie from the 9g shaker jar, then blush and if bronzer fine but not much and that it!!!!! no finishing mineral veil, your skin should be flawless and not shiny in the middle of the day.

it works great for oily skin
do you wash your face? i have really really oily skin too..nd when i wake up nd go to sleep i always wash my face with the clean and clear morning burst shine control facial clenser..it works! nd my face dont get oily all day.
I think it might be the cover up but i can't live with out it!
