Two possibilities- you have way overfilled the crankcase and it is being drawn in, or worn valve guides, oh, one more thing a clogged crankcase vent. Is there excessive smoke when running?I have a pushmower, %26amp; the carbarator keeps filling up with oil, what could be the problem ?

Sounds like a valve problem to me.
