03 KTM 125sx clutch problems, silver oil? HELP!!?
it's been leaking since i baught it, replaced entire motor, top and bottom due to oil leak at southwick, dealer said my front sprocket guard was to blame, so i paid for it. it leaked for about 3 years, finally i had every seal replaced and it seems to be holding up alright. since the seals were replaced ive had less than 2 hours on it, i change the oil every 2-3 rides, this time the oil came out pure silver. dealer says its normal (yeahh right) that ktm uses an aluminum clutch and when the plates wear down, the oil becomes silver. so, i want to put a race clutch in, such as hinson, etc. what is better? akadized or fiber plates? has anyone else had ktm oil leak problems? or this silver oil? i also made the mistake of running maxima MTL, instead of motorex, what should i be using? the clutch is a magura hydraulic, uses magura blood mineral oil... it's summer and its been three years since ive really ridden my bike, i just want to rideee!!! someone please help!!! :(03 KTM 125sx clutch problems, silver oil?
