I tried cleaning all of the vacum system compents that were easily accesible including taking the valve cover off and cleaning everything if you have any ideas on wat it possibly could be please let me know!!88' jeep 4.0l i have an oil leak problem it sprays oil out the grommets on the vavle cover and into the airbox
The PCV (pressure control valve) tries to solve the problem of crankcase pressures from leakdown - and put this oily vapour back into the airstream of the fresh air input - usually by soaking your airfilter and making you change that more often (sneaky eh?)- you also may have a line from the top valve cover too - to take anything from that end.

The fact you are getting oil from this top cover is a bad sign I'm afraid.

If there are any pipes leading to it - take them off, and run the engine - is there any noticable pressure from them? If there is (through filler hole or whatever), then the only thing it can be is a blown headgasket - leaking compression gasses into an oilway. This could go up or down depending on pumped flow.

The PCV valve should be able to sort the normal pressures, but this may be too much for it. - Maybe try a replacement PCV from ebay first - as it's cheaper.88' jeep 4.0l i have an oil leak problem it sprays oil out the grommets on the vavle cover and into the airbox
check for vacuum leaks, also check your pcv valve to see if it rattles free when out of the vehicle.
