2 million is actually pocket change. But, check and see how much big ethanol companies have given to Barack. Ethanol is what has caused all the food prices in the world to go up. It is what has caused the US to import soybeans for the first time ever. It is what has caused the food shortage around the world. Not a problem at all. What do you expect the oil companies to do when the Democrats like Maxine Waters, Hillary Clinton and now Obama are on record as desiring to over-tax them, steal their hard earned profits and even nationalize them? If I were an oil company I wouldn't give Democrats one cent.

actually Obama hasn't received money from Oil corporations. What he does is he groups people/employees who might work there (managers, janitors, secretaries).
This is why he opposed the Bipartisan proposal on energy, it removed tax incentives from the oil companies.
