I have a oil problem with my motorbike?

the dip stick is snapped off in the oil tank but it hasnt actually gone into it,its wedged in the whole were the lid is this is stopping me from seeing if theres oil in the tank and theres no screen to look through either. i was wondering if not having any oil in there could cause the bike to rev really hard when in neutral. i know the simplest thing to do would be to put some in there but i cant buy any at the moment not till tomorrow wondering if any one knows?I have a oil problem with my motorbike?
if you cant get it out with plyers try and screw a self tapping screw into whats left of the dipstick and pull it ot.I have a oil problem with my motorbike?
Get a pair or needle point pliers and remove the dipstick - use a flashlight to check oil level.Buy a new dipstick %26amp; a bottle of oil - you'll be back in business in no time.Ride safe %26amp; free.
Operating it without the cap on could raise the idle if the bike has a PCV system. A lack of oil would not.
