We have plenty of hot water in the sinks, but not in the shower. Since there isn't a hot water tank, and we are not having problems elsewhere, What's Wrong? Any Idea's?????What's the problem with our shower? We have Oil heat and no water tank. Our shower is only hot for seconds.
Most showers installed in the past few years are equipped with a no-scald valve. If this is malfunctioning it keeps the hot water valve from opening and all you get is cold or warm Go to one of thre Big Box stores and se if some one in the plumbing can show you what to do. If your problem is ONLY in the shower I would call a plumber to check the shower diverter( the water control in your shower)
