Hi, my oil boiler it lights with no problem and than about quarter of the way the flame goes out?

Hi, i checked all of the controls and had them tested all are working fine Hi, my oil boiler it lights with no problem and than about quarter of the way the flame goes out?


than it goes back on this happens two three times in a full cycle i do not have to hit the reset button at all,the flame goes out for a few seconds and lights back up.... changed the filters, nozzle, electrodes checked all fitting ty for your time james

if the flame dies out then back on the oil flow is coming in too slow. a pinched,plugged or air leaking oil line.there is a filter screen inside most oil pumps under end cap.a small air leak in fitting can make same problem. some times the pump cannot make 100 lbs of pressure to open internal pressure relief valve. by pass original supply line by putting a line ie the tank fill and see if you have same problemHi, my oil boiler it lights with no problem and than about quarter of the way the flame goes out?
