91 Honda Accord that keeps running hot after 5min of driving, It has enough oil and antifreeze. Whats Problem?

The oil light flashes a lot when the car gets hot and it seems to want to cut off on me and start smoking really bad. The oil is at the right level and there is enough antifreeze in it. Could be a number of things there....I'm no mechanic and acutally don't know a whole lot about cars other than the things I've encountered with my own car....but I would check the cooling fan, water pump, may even want to have a garage diagnose it on a computer...good luck91 Honda Accord that keeps running hot after 5min of driving, It has enough oil and antifreeze. i am not a car expert. But my 97 pontiac grand prix did the same thing. Check your water, you might be overheating. You don't want to over heat your car because you could blow your engine. Then it's not drivable. my husband put water in it and took out the thermastat. It helped, it didn't over heat as much but we also had to keep an eye on how much water was in it.
Sounds like your over heating, radiator fans might not be working, or you thermostat is messed up and not cooling the oil right
Bad thermostat, bad fan, bad radiator, bad water pump, cracked head, air in the system.
