Acne problems. questions about tea tree oil!?

i just put tea tree oil on cotton wool and rubbed it on my face and it burnt like crazy so i washed it off and put ice and moisturiser on now its a little better....how and wen do you use tea tree oil...and is it worth it??!! cos i out antibiotical cream on....take pills from doctor and a spot zapping stick on a morning! anser please!!!Acne problems. questions about tea tree oil!?

but now i used tea tree oil from ';Body Shop'; i just bought face wash and the cream that improves visibility of your scars marking now im fine with acnes..


now its not a big deal

Tea tree oil has many benefits and most uses for it require it to be diluted or mixed or used in very small amounts. Try to just use 4 or 5 small drops and blend it all together. Its very powerful, and can even scar your face from the irritation if you use to much.


Think about this, if it can kill athletes foot fungus in small amounts(normal products take up to two weeks or more), your face doesn't require that much.


You may consider diluting it.

i had terrible acne for years, but i never heard about using tea-tree oil as a remedy.


My doctor prescribed me some pills and a lotion to put on the affected areas, but they only helped control it, not get rid of it. The lotion stung sometimes (my mother thought that the sting was a good thing, but i dont know if it was or not).





If ur acne is really bad, i suggest going to see a dermatologist. Its expensive but they're the only ones who can perscribe actual cures that will get rid of the acne permanently. Im on perscribed medication from a dermatologist for just 3 months now and my skin hasnt looked so clear in years, it really is a miracle cure.


Id been on meds from a normal doctor for 6 years and it was no where near as effective.
Tea tree oil works really well and it's all natural. Just put some on a qtip and dot it on your pimples. Trader Joes has a really good tea tree oil line with soap, etc. The premoistened pads work better than anything else I've tried, including proactiv, plus it's cheap.
